Create Ethanol_MP multiproject
• Open SIMATIC Manager.
• Select File > New... menu item to create multiproject.
• Select Multiprojects tab.
• Insert Name = Etanol_MP for the multiproject. Type = Multiproject. Choose multiproject storage location (default C:\Programs Files (x86)\SIEMENS\STEP7\s7proj).
• Add Caldeira_Prj project to the Ethanol_MP multiproject. In SIMATIC Manager, select File > New... menu item
• Select User projects tab.
• Insert Name = Caldeira_Prj for the project. Type = Project. Choose multiproject storage location (default C:\Programs Files (x86)\SIEMENS\STEP7\s7proj). Select Add to current multiproject (Ethanol_MP) to include the Caldeira_Prj project in the Ethanol_MP multiproject.
• Close the window of the Caldeira_Prj project and work within the multi-project Etanol_MP.
• Insert SIMATIC 400 Station (AS_CALD). Right-click on Caldeira_Prj and select Insert New Object ... SIMATIC 400 Station. Rename to AS_CALD.
• Open HW Config (Hardware) for AS_CALD.
• In the catalog, choose UR2 rack 9 slots 6ES7 400-1JA10-0AA0 (Profile Standard > SIMATIC 400\RACK-400) and insert into the hardware (double-click on the item in the catalog).
Note: To easily find the component you want within the catalog, enter the component code in the Find text box.
• Insert PS 407 10A 6ES7 407-0KA02-0AA0 source in slot 1 (catalog - Profile Standard > SIMATIC 400\PS-400\Standard PS-400). Click with the mouse on the position in the rack to insert source (slot1). Then double-click on the catalog item to be inserted.
• Insert CPU 416-3 PN/DP 6ES7 416-3ER05-0AB0 in rack 0 slot 3 (catalog - Profile Standard > SIMATIC 400\CPU-400\CPU 400-H\CPU 416-3 PN/DP\6ES7 416-3ER05-0AB0). Click with the mouse on the position in the rack to insert source (rack 0 slot3). Then double-click on the catalog item to be inserted (V5.3).
• Choose the IP Address of the Ethernet R0 / S3.5 interface of the CPU - IP 10.21.14.1 and Mask 255.255.0.0.
• Create PlantBus subnet. Click on the New... button and enter the name PlantBus.
• Rename Slot 3 X5 from PN/IO to plantbus.
• Insert CP 443-1 6GK7 443-1EX20-0XE0 in slot 5 (catalog - Profile Standard > SIMATIC 400\CP-400\Industrial Ethernet\CP 443-1\6GK7 443-1EX20-0XE0). Click with the mouse on the position in the rack to insert the module (slot5). Then double-click on the catalog item to be inserted (V2.0).
• Choose the IP Address of the Ethernet interface S5.1 of the CP443-1 - IP 10.20.15.1 and Mask 255.255.0.0.
• Create PN_Caldeira_CCM subnet.
• Choose PN_Caldeira_CCM subnet for CP 443-1.
• Rename Slot 5 to CP 443-1 S5 CCM.
• Rename Slot 5 X1 to caldeiracp1.
• Click with the mouse button on Slot5 X1 and select the Insert PROFINET IO System menu item to open the new subnet.
• Insert CP 443-1 6GK7 443-1EX20-0XE0 in slot 6 (catalog - Profile Standard > SIMATIC 400\CP-400\Industrial Ethernet\CP 443-1\6GK7 443-1EX20-0XE0). Click with the mouse on the position in the rack to insert the module (slot6). Then double-click on the catalog item to be inserted (V2.0).
• Choose IP Address of the Ethernet interface R0/S6.1 of the CP443-1 - IP 10.20.16.1 and Mask 255.255.0.0.
• Create PN_Caldeira_Campo subnet.
• Choose PN_Caldeira_Campo subnet for CP 443-1.
• Rename Slot 6 to CP 443-1 S6 CAMPO.
• Rename Slot 6 X1 to caldeira2.
• Click with the mouse button on Slot6 X1 and select the Insert PROFINET IO System menu item to open the new subnet.
• Save and compile configuration.
• Rename the S7 Program to CALD.
